My Story

I passionately believe that human beings have an innate ability for growth, healing and change and that it can often be in the darkest of times that opportunities for growth germinate.

I am a person-centred and integrative counsellor, drawing on a broad range of therapeutic modalities in order to meet your individual needs.

Currently, I am in my fourth and final year of the Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling in the process of completing Level 6 which allows me to offer an affordable rate.

As well as my ongoing training I have had extensive experience working with adults with diverse therapeutic needs within a charitable organisation for the last two years and am working towards accreditation.

My Approach

The different types of therapy available today can sometimes be a lot to navigate and it can be helpful to know a little of what to expect before taking the first steps into counselling.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental and empathetic and I endeavour to work collaboratively with you and at a pace that feels safe. My aim is to take the time to understand you and your experiences deeply in order for you to then better understand yourself.

For me, the most important element of successful therapy is the relationship we build together and it is my aim to establish a unique and trusting relationship in which you feel able to bring your full self and feel fully accepted.
